Kazakh Businessman Yerkin Tatishev Becomes Silknet's Part-owner

Silknet's shareholder changes to Kazakh businessman Yerkin Tatishev.
Kusto GroupKusto Group Topaz Investments Malta Limited was authorized by the Communications Commission, to acquire the 38.2353 percent stake in Prometheus Holdings Malta Limited, the beneficial owner of Silknet.

Topaz Investments (Malta Limited) is Erkin Tatishev. He is a long-standing partner of the Silk Road Group.

Daniel Kunin If the deal is successful, the redistribution of Silknet beneficial owners will change.  Kusto Group Giorgi Ramishvili's share will decrease and he'll already have an equal share of Yerkin Tatishev.
